You are likely to have many more teachers, with a different one for every subject. some teachers seem very less friendly than others, but don’t let that put you off their subject. Teachers are there to help you learn, so ask them questions or tell them if you don’t understand things. Try to remember that teachers are normal people, with problems and moods just like you!

Trainers may not be on your school’s regulation list! But they are a fashion statement and wearing design can sometimes lead to people taking the Mickey. Try not to be too caught up by the fashion thing, and be your own person instead.
