Being in larger, mixed schools usually brings boys into contact with more girls. That can seem wonderful for boys! Often, however, most of the girls in the school will be older than you and most will not want to have anything to do with you. Try to get to know girls as friends and keep the friendships you had with the girls in your old school. Don’t worry about getting your own girlfriend yet. There is enough to get used to being in a new school without all that!

But when something new and different comes along like water, it can all extinguish with one blast so your friendship is left as history, as ash. But sometimes there is a spark.
